Learning & Development Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training and development initiatives. You will assist with content creation, training coordination, data management, and help ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for employees.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning activities.

  • Support content creation (presentations, guides, videos, e-modules).

  • Manage training schedules, attendance, and participant communication.

  • Collect and organize learner feedback and assessment results.

  • Maintain and update learning databases and documents.

  • Support onboarding learning activities for new employees.

  • Conduct basic research on learning tools and best practices.

  • Provide administrative support during training sessions (setup, logistics, follow-ups).

  • Contribute ideas to improve learner engagement and training experience.

  • Support continuous improvement of L&D processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree student in Psychology, HR, Education, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative work.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Basic content creation or presentation skills.

  • Able to conduct simple research and summarize findings.

  • Interest in learning, training, and employee development.

  • Preferred: familiarity with Canva, LMS, or PowerPoint.
