Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Supervisor, located in Lombok. The MEP Supervisor will oversee and manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, troubleshooting system issues, and effectively coordinating projects to ensure timely implementation.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
  • Experience in supervision, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to MEP systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Familiarity with safety standards, compliance requirements, and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or residential projects is a plus.
  • Relevant technical diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
