Mep Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance tasks for all restaurant facilities (kitchen, bar, dining area, restrooms, etc.)
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical systems, and kitchen equipment
- Respond quickly to emergency repairs and technical issues
- Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain logs, inspection records, and reports
- Liaise with external vendors or contractors when necessary
- Support and train junior maintenance staff as needed
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless guest experience

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality (restaurant, hotel, or resort)
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience managing or supervising a small team
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required
- Familiar with emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Able to work under pressure in a high-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for maintenance reports and logs
