QS Engineer

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Merencanakan program kerja (tagihan, progress proyek, pekerjaan tambah/kurang, evaluasi anggaran, opname Mandor/Subkon, volume pekerjaan,
    final account
    ke
    Owner
    / Subkon).
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan
    Site Manager/Project Manager
    terkait dengan kebutuhan material dan biaya dengan persetujuan Atasan.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan
    Project Manager
    terkait dengan progress claim proyek dengan persetujuan Atasan.
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan
    Cost Contro
    l terkait dengan evaluasi proyek berjalan dengan persetujuan Atasan menghitung volume pekerjaan pada awal proyek untuk pembuatan RAP.
  • Menyiapkan SPK untuk mandor berdasarkan
    quantity
    yang sudah dihitung dari
    approved shop drawing
    dan BBS.

Kualifikasi :

  • Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun di perusahaan kontraktor sebagai
    Quantity Surveyor
    dalam proyek skala besar
    (High Rise Building, Resort, Hotel, Villa).
  • Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Sipil.
  • Fresh graduate
    silahkan melamar.
  • Memahami dokumen kontrak dan pembuatan Rencana Anggaran Proyek (RAP).
  • Memamahami pembuatan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB).
  • Menguasai analisa biaya &
    scheduling
    .
  • Memahami teknik konstruksi & perkembangannya.
  • Menguasai dan mengikuti perkembangan harga material, upah dan alat.
  • Menguasai gambar kerja.
  • Mahir mengoperasikan komputer (Mic. Office, Mic. Project, SAP 2000, Autocad, ETABS).
  • Wajib bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh proyek TATA di wilayah Bali.
