Engineering Supervisor – Pre-Opening

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering/Technical roles, preferably in hospitality or property pre-opening projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), civil works, and preventive maintenance.

Proven experience in pre-opening setup, including asset listing, technical inspections, snagging, commissioning, and handover processes.

Ability to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely readiness of all engineering facilities.

Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on approach in daily operations.

Excellent leadership to guide the engineering team during pre-opening stages.

Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills.

Familiar with local regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Ready to work with dynamic timelines and flexible schedules during the pre-opening period.
