About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event Activation Specialist to join our team at PT Aroma Prima Livindo. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging event activations for our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) clients in Cipondoh, Banten. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications team, you will play a critical role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative event campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop annual and monthly event plans in line with brand strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end event process — from identifying potential events, budgeting, concepting, setting promotional pricing, recruiting crew, to final reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Actively staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management
  • Willing to work on weekends and travel out of town as needed.

What we're looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably within the FMCG industry
  3. Proven track record of delivering successful, impactful, and measurable event activations
  4. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Creative mindset with a flair for developing innovative and engaging event concepts
  7. Proficient in event budgeting, vendor management, and logistics coordination
