Kami mencari Key Account Executive (FMCG) bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan dan mengelola channel bisnis melalui kemitraan dengan modern trade, pengelolaan listing produk, dan aktivasi brand di berbagai venue untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan brand awareness perusahaan di segmen retail modern.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Bertanggung jawab penuh atas proses listing produk dan menjaga kinerja penjualan di seluruh mitra Modern Trade, distributor, decision maker di retail chain
  • Membangun dan mengelola kemitraan strategis (offline) yang mendukung pertumbuhan brand, termasuk negosiasi kontrak.
  • Merencanakan dan mengeksekusi promosi, booth activation, dan kampanye brand di pusat perbelanjaan dan pameran.
  • Menyusun laporan komprehensif terkait penjualan, aktivitas promosi, dan status kemitraan secara berkala.
  • Menjadi penghubung utama antara mitra eksternal dan tim internal (Marketing, Operasional, Logistik).
  • Menangani komplain customer dan mempertahankan hubungan klien yang excellent untuk kesuksesan bisnis jangka panjang
Qualifications:
  • Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) dalam bidang apa pun (Marketing/Management/Business diutamakan)
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales, Business Development, atau Key Account Management, diutamakan di industri F&B/FMCG.
  • Memiliki networking dan pemahaman yang baik mengenai alur kerja dan buyer di Modern Trade Channel.
  • Pengalaman terbukti dalam mengelola event promosi/pameran, negosiasi kemitraan, dan mampu menyusun proposal yang efektif.
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan relationship management yang sangat baik.
  • Mahir menggunakan Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) untuk pelaporan dan analisis.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM yang valid untuk kebutuhan mobilitas
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri, proaktif, dan siap bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan target yang jelas.
