Key Responsibilities
A. Daily Operations
  • Supervise all daily restaurant activities.
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene comply with company SOPs.
  • Conduct daily briefings with staff.
  • Resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively.
B. Team Management
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
  • Prepare work schedules (duty roster) and ensure sufficient manpower.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve service quality.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork within the outlet.
C. Customer Service & Guest Relations
  • Ensure all guests receive excellent service at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Monitor online customer reviews and follow up on necessary improvements.
D. Sales & Financial Control
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Control operational expenses, including food cost and labor cost.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.
E. Inventory & Purchasing
  • Ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Conduct regular stock-taking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and evaluating product quality.
F. Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure all SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards are followed.
  • Responsible for implementing internal audits.
  • Ensure all outlet licenses and permits remain valid (if applicable).

3. Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma; Diploma/Bachelor's in Hospitality/Management preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Knowledge of P&L management, cost control, and sales analysis.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluent in english is a must
