About the Role:

TCS iON is seeking an experienced
Sales Professional
to accelerate business growth in Indonesia. This role focuses on selling
end-to-end education technology solutions
, including
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
,
Digital Assessment & Marking Platforms
,
Hardware Tablets for exams
, and
enterprise-grade SaaS platforms
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
solution selling
and building strategic relationships across education institutions, government bodies, and corporate learning ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of
    digital learning platforms
    ,
    assessment and marking solutions
    , and
    hardware devices
    to education institutes, corporate and government clients.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for TCS iON's
    cloud-based learning and assessment solutions
    .
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across universities, vocational institutes, government recruitment boards, and corporate L\&D teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through consultative and solution-based selling.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience in B2B sales
    , preferably in
    EdTech, SaaS platforms, or Government sector projects
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Learning Management Systems
    ,
    Digital Assessment Platforms
    , and
    hardware-based solutions
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    .
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
    .
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
