Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications and build relationships with KOL, communities and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions.
  • Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
  • Reaching and building a KOL network with different tiers for different categories on social media.
  • Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
  • Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Create a clear, actionable plan to achieve monthly target that includes setting goals, breaking them into smaller milestones, and using data to monitor progress.
  • Maintain a good relationship with KOL/influencers.
  • Brainstorm with the marketing team on how to increase the marketing engagement by collaborating with certain KOL/Influencers.

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 years experience as KOL Specialist.
  • Have KOL & Affiliate databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and have a good relationship with KOLs/Celebrities.
  • Expert in making KOL briefs.
  • Have the experience to handle KOL for beauty.
  • Can join immediately
