Tugas & Tanggung Jawab Utama :

  1. Mengelola dan mengembangkan account Modern Trade (Indomaret, Alfamart, Hyper/Supermarket, Watsons/Guardian, dan jaringan MT lainnya).
  2. Menyusun, mengajukan, dan mengeksekusi Joint Business Plan (JBP), promo plan, trading term, dan kontrak tahunan dengan buyer MT.
  3. Melakukan negosiasi terkait listing, promo, mekanisme program, dan kerjasama lainnya.
  4. Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan (sell-in dan sell-out), pertumbuhan kategori, dan distribusi produk.
  5. Menganalisis data penjualan, stock level, pergerakan kategori, serta efektivitas promo.
  6. Memastikan produk tersedia, tertata sesuai planogram, dan promosi berjalan di seluruh outlet MT.
  7. Memantau implementasi aktivitas di store, termasuk eksekusi promo, display, dan visibility produk.
  8. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (marketing, demand planning, finance) dan tim lapangan/distributor Modern Trade.
  9. Mengelola anggaran promo dan trading term sesuai ketentuan perusahaan.
  10. Menyiapkan laporan mingguan/bulanan mengenai perkembangan account dan rekomendasi strategi.

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun sebagai Key Account Manager / MT Supervisor / MT Executive di industri FMCG, herbal, consumer healthcare, atau baby care.
  3. Pengalaman menangani account Modern Trade menjadi nilai tambah utama.
  4. Memahami proses negosiasi trading term, promo, listing, dan JBP di Modern Trade.
  5. Memiliki kemampuan analisa data yang baik (sell-in, sell-out, promo performance).
  6. Komunikasi dan negosiasi sangat baik serta mampu membangun hubungan yang solid dengan buyer MT.
  7. Terbiasa bekerja dengan target, berorientasi pada hasil, dan mampu bekerja cepat.
  8. Menguasai Excel/Google Sheets dan reporting Modern Trade.
  9. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke outlet atau mitra MT jika diperlukan.
