Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site / hybrid role in Yogyakarta for an
Account Executive
. This role will be responsible for managing client accounts and marketing projects, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and deliver strong results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams (creative, advertising, technical) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that add value for clients.
  • Actively following up on leads, preparing tailored proposals, and converting prospects into paying clients.
  • Preparing monthly reports with strategic insights and clear recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
  • Staying updated on digital marketing trends to offer proactive solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, project management, or digital marketing (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to analyze data, draw insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and general digital marketing best practices.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
