JOB SUMMARY

· Developing & Executing comprehensive brand strategy & development (translate consumer insights into brand concepts, products ideas, and innovation pipelines) to achieve business objectives

· Leading Ideation (from concept, packaging and positioning) & Collaborate with product development & packaging development to create products that deliver on the brand promise to launch new products

· Managing the budget and ensure optimal allocation for the go to market & commercial strategy

· Plan & oversee marketing campaigns (digital, event, PR) to promote brand visibility and engagement and monitor campaign performance metrics

· Creating communication & key message for each brand

REQUIREMENTS

· A graduate of Bachelor Degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications)

· At least 3 years of working experience in the same field, Experienced in FMCG, personal care / beauty industry is a plus

· Proven track record of successfully growing / managing brand and product innovation and experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies is a plus

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Skilled in creative, detail-oriented, possessing problem-solving and multitasking
