About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Production to join our dynamic team at PT Sunindo Bangun Kersana' in Tangerang Regency, Banten. As a Supervisor Production, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the overall objectives of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet operational targets and deadlines
  • Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production, inventory, and personnel
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimise production processes and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
