What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar in collaboration with our marketing team (graphic designer + content creator).
  • Monitor trends, create viral-worthy content, and stay ahead in the franchise & F&B space.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach, leads, and engagement.
  • Respond to followers, engage with audiences, and build our online community.
  • Work closely with the team to align content with campaigns, partnerships, and lead-generation goals.
  • Helps Marketing team to craft the best paid ads content to generate leads.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1–2 years in social media management, preferably in startups, F&B, or franchise-related businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and any other social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for spotting trends and turning them into engaging content.
  • Basic skills in editing application and short-form video editing (CapCut or similar).
  • Data-driven: able to interpret analytics and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in lead generation through social media.
  • Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta/TikTok/Google).
  • Previous work in franchise, investment, or F&B industries.
