Alhazen Academy – Technology & Coding Learning Center for Kids, Teens, and Adults. Alhazen Academy is an educational institution specializing in coding, technology, AI, game development, and website/app creation. We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who is creative, data-driven, and experienced in digital marketing to expand our online presence and increase program conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SEO/SEM and Google Ads to improve visibility, website traffic, and landing page performance.
  • Optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including funnel creation, retargeting strategies, and CPL/CPA analysis.
  • Build and execute lead generation funnels—from cold leads to conversions—using WhatsApp Marketing, landing pages, and automation tools.
  • Plan and implement strategic digital campaigns for all Alhazen Academy programs.
  • Create engaging and educational content (videos, carousels, copywriting) tailored to Alhazen's audience.
  • Handle audience interactions and maintain engagement through timely and professional communication.
  • Analyze content and ads performance using analytics tools and prepare routine optimization reports.
  • Monitor social media trends, study competitor activities, and collaborate with design, academic, and sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
  • Strong creative content and copywriting skills.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, WhatsApp automation tools, and Canva/Figma.
  • Able to work with targets, adapt quickly, and communicate effectively.
  • Experience in the edutech, tutoring, or education industry is a plus.
