Requirement :

  • SMK Kimia/ Engineer/ Pemasaran.
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik.
  • Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Penjualan, Bisnis & Pemasaran.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang MRO Kimia, dari industri Kimia akan menjadi nilai tambah (untuk industri CRC)
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang penjualan/marketing bahan bangunan, khususnya produk interior & eksterior (panel, partisi, plafon, atau sejenisnya), berpengalaman dalam menangani proyek konstruksi, supplier, atau kontraktor menjadi nilai tambah, dan menguasai produk bahan bangunan, terutama sistem Skywall, gypsum, partisi, dan material sejenis. (untuk industri skywall)
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke seluruh wilayah Jakarta - Cilegon atau Jakarta - Karawang.
  • Mampu mengendarai mobil dan memiliki (SIM A).
  • Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik merupakan nilai tambah.

Job Description :

  • Bekerja dengan unit bisnis dalam mengembangkan rencana bisnis.
  • Mengidentifikasi pelanggan baru dan mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada.
  • Menganalisis tren pasar dan industri yang kompetitif.
  • Menetapkan strategi penetapan harga dan pedoman untuk pengembangan produk baru.
  • Merekomendasikan penyempurnaan produk untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas bisnis baru.
  • Melakukan pelatihan produk dan penjualan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk menyediakan pengembangan produk dan solusi penjualan.
  • Selalu mendapatkan informasi terkini mengenai pengetahuan produk, alur bisnis, proses penjualan, dan dinamika pasar.
