- Planning, controlling, and reviewing the implementation of production and its raw materials, especially the Biodiesel Plant on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
- Ensuring the target of order fulfillment and production schedule can be realized as planned
- Responsible for planning the verification of the effectiveness of the implementation of the Management System: Internal Quality Audit (IQA), PRP Assessment, Management Review, internal and external audits to then ensure the system runs effectively according to the SOP
- Responsible for compliance with regulations related to food products and food producers. Responsible for the validity period of ISO, Halal, Sustainability System (ISCC) certificates.
- Responsible for conducting management review meetings to review the effectiveness of the management system at least 1x per semester
- Responsible for reviewing management system performance and reporting to Top Management for the need for corrective action
- Responsible and authorized to request corrections for irregularities in the implementation of the management system found during the audit
- Responsible for carrying out the review and updating of quality objectives to obtain continuous improvement
- Responsible for carrying out preventive action reviews for each section so that before things go wrong, they can be anticipated in advance
- Coordinate the implementation of internal audit either periodically or if deemed necessary because there are alleged irregularities in the implementation of the management system
- Coordinate with HRGA for employee competency development related to QMS, FSMS, SJH, Sustainability System (ISCC), GMP EFFCI Reviewing natural resources for Management report
- Prepare everything related to the Internal / External Audit Program
- Responsible for maintaining the Halal Quality Management System Certification at PT. SBE
- Conduct Internal Audits of ISO, GMP EFfCI, HAS, and FSMS Ensure the implementation of the management system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, Halal, KOSHER, SMK3, SMART D_Safe, ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP EFfCI, ISO 45001, 5R1SQuM) Sustainability System : ISCC. goes well
- Reviewing supporting data for GHG emission calculations in relation to ISCC Calculating.GHG emissions for the oil produced
- Report GHG figures that have been calculated and reported to MR for approval.
- Reviewing the GHG emission value if there is a change in the GHG CPO value of the ISCC Supplier and recalculating the GHG value.
**Job Requirements**:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Having min 5 years of working experience in Management System in Palm Oil Refinery
- Having good knowledge in the implementation of management systems including HAS, ISO, FSMS, QMS, ISCC, GMP EFFCI in all parts in an integrated manner in order to achieve the Quality Policy set by top management
- Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery
