- Free up the workload of the Manager.
- Late order MIFOT and POSIFOT analysis and action for improvement, and Plant forecast provided for material ordering.

**About work**仕事内容について**:
Provide support and assistance to CS and Planning Manager and team to maximize productivity.

Communicate and interact with internal and external parties and address issues and follow up action and provide information and lead coordination to find solutions.

Document processes to assist in clarifying roles & responsibilities.

Participate in various meetings to ensure the accuracy of documentation.

As a team coordinator have to be responsible for resolving issues between team members and helping to find solutions.

Monitoring and tracking progress late and planned late order

Provide support and coordinate project and process improvement in CS and Planning, e.g.:

- Generate Plant Forecast for all Indonesia sites.
- Review order status and ensure alignment with what dictates in FG policy.
- Monitor FG & WIP age, take necessary action with the related team to ensure WIP is consumed before it gets aged and,
- Escalate to Grp SC and Sales to ensure FG stock without quantity required received PO before aged stock.
- Run Forecast analysis, ordering plan, and inventory control.

Any other reasonable tasks required by Management.
