To be the intermediary between external parties and internal team in timely, accurately and efficiently process about the requirement (master data, inquiries, sampling, documentation, complaint) of the products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinating and executing customer service activities, while identifying opportunities to secure new business or to provide support retention. Responsibilities may include processing cases internally, dealing with complex queries and investigating and resolving customer problems.- Achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction while ensuring internal processes and procedure are aligned with company policy.- Communicate with customer, to clarify the customer's requirements. Or assist in conducting interviews with potential customers or complaint customers to collect customer’s requirements by providing detailed notes.- Proficient in order management, logistic arrangement and obtaining required form and documentation from and for customers.- Checking customer’s credit status and communicate to customers on settling the credit and account receivable issues to support low days of outstanding receivables and smooth order process.- Design own monthly schedule and monthly report i.e: sales forecast, sampling report; if necessary, assign work with others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks to get done.**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum Diploma with 1- 2 years of relevant working experience- English (Intermediate), Microsoft Office and SAP- Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision, solution-oriented, and having the ability to prioritize among your tasks.- Social and service minded who always puts the customers in focus, and able to work on many topics at the same time.- Enjoy working in teams.
