**Job summary**:
The goal of the Operations Specialist is to support the Sales team with administrative tasks in order to improve sales capacity and efficiency. In this role, you will be accountable to support a flawless delivery of South Pole’s sustainability solutions. This includes a variety of responsibilities such as completing post-sales admin tasks, supporting the contract approval and invoicing processes, as well as recording, managing and analysing data. To do this, the Operations Specialist will work closely with multiple South Pole teams, including Sales, Portfolio, Consultancy, Marketing and Accounting.

**Main tasks & responsibilities**:

- Support the Sales team to process deals of climate action credits and energy certificates in our internal project management tool. This includes contracts and invoices management, as well as recording and organizing deal-related data and documents.
- Monitor execution of contract commitments, including delivery of climate action credits and energy certificates on time and at agreed terms, in collaboration with the Sales and Registry teams. Flag risks to their delivery early on, to facilitate corrective measures.
- Run data analysis for members of the Sales team, related to execution of climate action credits and energy certificates deals.
- Support data quality controls in our internal project management tool (Antarctica) and CRM tool (Salesforce).
- Foster the adoption of new tools, by providing administrative support to the Sales team in the early phase of introduction of new tools and systems.

**Requirements**:
Essential
- A university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Political Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or related disciplines.
- Relevant work experience conducting commercial and administrative tasks effectively.
- Experience in situations where attention to detail was required.
- Experience in working with different stakeholders, ideally within an international and multicultural context.
- Basic skills in SQL, Google Sheet or Ms Excel modelling, and knowledge or experience working with data visualisations tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Advanced skills with the use of Google Drive, IT platforms and technologies.
- A proactive, diligent and independent approach.
- Strong organisational skills: ability to multitask, focus and prioritise.
- Excellent personal relationships, enjoy working with and supporting others.
- Process-oriented, with a taste for efficiency increase.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.

Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platform.
