For modern women, we offer rental, resale, restoration, consignment and other ways to participate in a sustainable fashion.

**The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, passionate Content Creator to join the Brand and Content Marketing Team. This person will be responsible for developing effective social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement within our community. This person will be working alongside a team of content strategists and reporting directly to the Regional Campaign Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create visual content for various social media platforms, including, but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and YouTube, with excellent judgment, instincts and a sharp feel for the social media landscape.
- Source, create and publish timely social media content to educate various audiences about key Style Theory activities and PR efforts.
- Use social media to drive awareness and traffic to landing pages
- Shoot, edit, and create graphics for social video content
- Engage and prepare a content strategy for community activation.
- Work collaboratively with Campaign Manager and Brand and Content Marketing Team to ideate on campaign content and messaging, and to develop experiments that drive impact for the business
- Maintain content and campaign decks and briefs for internal and external stakeholders
- Where necessary, liaise with the talent/KOLs to ensure they deliver on the briefs
- Support and prepare for on-site shoots or store visits, which may require after-office hours (with Off-in-Lieu provided)
- Reporting on activities, including insights which help shape and drive content moving forward

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in social media management
- A diploma in Communications or a related field is a plus
- Well-versed with content management, content creation, KOL engagement
- Well-versed with Instagram, Youtube and Tiktok platforms
- Well-versed with photo and video editing tools
- Prior content creation experience is a plus
- Open to modeling as talents in our content
- Passionate about the Fashion and Sharing Economy space
- Enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Strong communication skills, work well in a team setting
- Strong willingness to learn and grow independently, has an owner/builder mentality
- A knack for developing interesting, innovative and creative concepts
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and give creative direction to talents
- Video filming/editing and graphic design experience (preferred)
- Must be based in Indonesia
