**The role in a nutshell**:
The role is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to be part of a global cryptocurrency business. The Community and Education Senior Associate will be responsible for growing Bitcoin/crypto/Luno communities in Indonesia, taking our Luno customers' experience to the next level.

You will be based in the Jakarta office, and work directly with the Marketing Manager to excel in your mission.

**Your mission will involve**:

- Deeply understanding the local landscape of cryptocurrency (and related industry) users: Who are our customers? Where are they hanging out? What do they talk about with other crypto enthusiasts?
- Identifying and building connections with both offline and online crypto communities across a variety of channels.
- Becoming the face of Luno in webinars, speaking engagements, and education contents.
- Improving customer retention rates through the use of scheduled & localised communications (working with CRM teams) and also strategic retention programs like Luno Rewards and Invest Kripto.
- Under the guidance of the Indonesia Marketing Manager, developing a localised education strategy for workshops, webinars, and courses in Indonesia.
- Gathering feedback from customers regularly and conveying the pain points and challenges of local Indonesian customers to the global team.
- Working with partners — which may include government agencies, education platforms, and local trainers — to deliver education sessions tailored for Indonesians.
- Developing, reviewing and personally delivering education courses to Indonesian audiences. Growing a network of local trainers for scalability.
- Working with internal (and external) teams to ensure education for the Indonesian market is aligned with Luno's global education, brand and content guidelines. Providing local feedback to our global marketing teams.

**The ideal Lunaut will have**:

- A minimum of 3 years professional experience,
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university,
- Having a strong social media presence is a plus.
- Having an excellent public speaking skills is a plus.
- Passion for education and financial knowledge.
- Strong understanding of bitcoin and crypto-assets.
- Strong understanding of personal financial knowledge.
- The ability to work with remote teams across time zones and foster a collaborative and creative work environment,
- Business level proficiency in English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
