**Requirements**:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in drama, theatre, or a related field with a certificate issued by a governmental/professional teacher regulatory authority.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed with experiences related to drama/in theatre production and instructions, teaching drama classes, leading workshops, or working as a drama coach.
- Demonstrate high-level teaching skills.
- Is an expert or fast learner in the knowledge, skills, and ability to show a solid commitment to professional development,
- Show commitment to professional development, teacher reflection, school values, and operational policies.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
- Have a deep understanding of theatrical techniques, performance theory, and dramatic literature.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement innovative drama in inquiry-based curriculum programs
- Has a deep understanding of the continuum of learning
- Develop and manage the school's art performance and programs
- Work with students in individual, small group, and classroom settings
- Assist students with responding and creating arts performances and programs
- Collaborate with other educators and administrators to ensure the arts programs meet school goals
- Monitor and record student progress to ensure the arts programs are effective
- Continuously develop the creativity, patience, and ability to inspire and motivate students
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- certification related to Drama/theater (preferred)
