**Operation Generation**

As a Cargo Air Operations Assistant Manager, will support the Teleport Operational

Performance in monitoring and maximizing cargo operations efficiency, and the overall level

of performance across the Teleport Commerce businesses, including Safety, Quality, and

Productivity, you will add value by looking after the cargo operations in Indonesia based in

Jakarta Office through close management of Teleport employees, Ground Handler (GHA)

relationships, and other local service providers, with the objective to meet and exceed the

minimum level of defined service standard and optimum utilization of available

capacity. You will also foster and maintain a professional and efficient interface with key

internal and external stakeholders, and continuously monitor and develop adherence to

regulations outlined by local authorities and regulatory bodies.

**Accountabilities include**:
**(a) **In collaboration with Cargo Regional Managers, manage the station’s ground handling

activities and ensure that they are carried out in a cost-effective, efficient, and feasible

manner.

**(b) **Undertake projects as required, working with the Headquarters and support functions to

optimize operations performance.

**(c) **Manage implementation across networks to improve efficiency and support overall

business and operations strategy.

**(d) **Develop and maintain processes, ensuring standard operational procedures (SOP) are

adhered to ensure high and consistent quality levels in the area (inbound / outbound

/trucking / ULD control and etc).

**(e) **Ensure streamlined processes are in place with Ground Handling Agencies and other

service providers to follow procedures.

**(f) **Conduct regular meetings with internal and external departments and entities and

achieve tangible outcomes

**(g) **Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements with the

service providers and/or Ground Handling Agencies locally and ensure the operational

performance meets Teleport required service levels.

**(h) **Conduct regular reviews of operational work processes to continuously drive efficiency

improvement to benefit customers and the Company
