As a rapidly expanding company with a robust business plan, Integrity Indonesia is looking for self-motivated and results-oriented individuals with strong qualifications who enjoy the challenge to grow and succeed as an **International Franchise Brand Ambassador.**

As an **International Franchise Brand Ambassador** at Integrity Asia, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise system globally. You will be responsible for representing our brand, developing strategic partnerships, and driving franchise sales in markets around the world.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying and evaluating potential franchise partners in target countries.
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies to promote our franchise system.
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective franchisees, guiding them through the franchise discovery process.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment between franchise development efforts and overall business objectives.
- Providing ongoing support to franchisees post-sale to ensure their success and satisfaction with our brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study.
- Experienced in Franchising systems, preferably with 3 years of relevant experience
- Preference for experience in the services sector, and/or consulting
- Strong proficiency in the English language, particularly written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills
- Culturally attuned and able to work across cultures
- Able to manage multiple projects to completion and priorities
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment.
- Drive, dynamism, enthusiasm, ‘can-do’ attitude is a must.
