**FUNCTION **:Marketing

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**:
Achieving sustainable category growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision. Deployment of marketing activities end to end, with knowledge of audience, brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation strategies.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**:

- Support marketing deployment plan according to the business strategy for the market to drive brand performance and deliver on business goals
- Work with key partners and cross functional teams to develop marketing plans and ensure their effective execution to drive business growth
- Support on 360 marketing campaigns deployment and collaborate across teams to deliver coordinated marketing and communications and build an alignment across a variety of channels and vehicles
- Proactively seek brand exposure opportunities to increase brand transparency and reinforce brand positioning

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
**Experience**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business-related disciplines
- At least 3 years of professional experience, with a deep understanding of branding and marketing strategy in FMCG
- Track record of both developing strategies to meet goals and executing effectively on that strategy
- Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus

Functional Knowledge & Skills:

- Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking
- Strong analytical skills and a creative, but logical mind
- Marketing strategy development (Brand, Digital, Trade, Pricing, Activation, etc.)

Managerial & Interpersonal Skills:

- Effective and impactful communication, presentation and facilitation
- Excellent organisational skills to plan own and others’ work, establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Having fair commercial acumen and sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization's success
- Constant stimulation of Curiosity, Creativity, Courage and Collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and being a ‘team player’ are essential
- A strong self-starter, with a willingness to take responsibility and get things done in a pressured environment
