Responsibilities
  1. Facilities Management:
    • Work with IT Support to identify and deliver required PC service levels.
    • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed.
    • Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
    • Troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
    • Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
    • Monitor and control the delivery of IT hardware or software licenses to users according to requests acquired from the IT Ticketing System or Purchasing system.
  2. Asset Management:
    • Organize various computer deployment planning and activities in Bina Nusantara.
    • Prepare work plan related to the computer deployment plan.
    • Determine implementation deadlines for ongoing deployment plans and ensure completion accuracy.
    • Monitor ongoing computer deployment plans.
    • Organize work plans and budgets and review the implementation.
    • Organize and submit monthly reports to IT Service Delivery & Asset Manager.
    • Control the process according to the Quality System.
    • Provide improvement ideas to make the business process of the user effective and efficient by using ready-to-use technology options.
    • Partner with internal and external parties in running the function/tasks in Bina Nusantara.
General Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Studies.
Work Exposure/Experience
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a senior staff role, or minimum 4 years working experience in a related area.
Special Skill
  • Asset Management System.
