**Responsibilities**:

- Actively and persistently pursue new business opportunities for the events department.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and generate referrals.
- Manage the full event sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including food and beverage, sales, and marketing teams, to execute successful events.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to expand the company's reach and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey.
- Ensure that all sales-related materials are up-to-date and accurate.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of experience in event or hospitality sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours.
