**Job description**:

- Assist daily activities of the procurement department
- Plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.
- Source new vendors & maintain relationships with existing vendors/suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and supply contracts
- Strategic sourcing and evaluating prospective suppliers
- Review all vendors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records and updating supplier information
- Actively looking for areas of process improvements, cost savings, and automating business processes
- Work with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Business administration, accounting, management, supply chain management or industrial engineering.
- Excellent written, strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and data driven
- Have experience in Procurement/Purchasing area for at least 3 years
- Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while effectively meeting deadlines
- Able to work well individually and in a team with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Ms. Office (gdocs, gsheet, gslide).
