Procurement Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate procurement processes for business-critical and taskforce-related needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Act as the primary contact for high-level stakeholders to understand, prioritize, and address procurement requirements.
- Differentiate between routine procurement tasks (Business as Usual - BaU) and urgent, taskforce-specific needs, providing tailored solutions for each.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define procurement strategies, identify suitable vendors, and negotiate contracts where necessary.
- Proactively manage procurement timelines, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance to ensure business needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific procurement practices, particularly for digital services and software (e.g., domains, licenses, and subscriptions).
- Provide clear communication and solutions-focused support to stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in handling business-critical and taskforce-specific needs.
- Strong understanding of procurement workflows, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with higher-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with procurement processes in startups, especially in Software as a Service (SaaS) contexts.
- Experience working with global vendors or clients, with proficiency in English for communication.
- Analytical mindset with a solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools is a plus.
