**Responsibilities**:
- General overseeing of local business development;
- People & office: building, maintaining, training and motivating the team of professionals (with the help of HR);
- Finances and administrative tasks: optimization of the taxable base, cost optimization, control over the payment of taxes, fees, accounts payable;
- Reports on the work of the branch
- Support of key clients;
- Work on billing growth;
- Search for the points of growth, formation of growth hypotheses and their implementation.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in digital in managerial positions (Business Development or HR background would be an advantage);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Experience in participating in the recruitment of employees, team building andcoaching;
- Fluency in English.
