**What’s the role?**

Accountabilities:

- Will be accountable to lead the commercial initiatives to support E-Mobility growth ambition in Indonesia and lead the delivery of the customer value proposition for EV charging in Indonesia.
- Required to interface with both global & local stakeholders outside of Mobility to grow the Shell Recharge brand & presence in Indonesia.
- This role is a critical leadership position (part of leadership team) that is responsible to drive multiple projects with medium to high level of complexity.
- Accountable for development and delivery of EV strategy, including E2E delivery of inorganic growth.
- This includes managing the complexity of e-Mobility portfolio, commercial environment and regulatory landscape.
- Forward-looking with ability to understand market dynamics such as understanding impact of digitalization and energy transition and incorporating those dynamics into initiatives/projects.

**What we need from you**

We hope to find the following in your CV:

- Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering or Economics.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Automotive, Electrical Vehicle or Electrical Vehicle Charging industries.
- Proven experience and good understanding of e-Mobility business is a must.
- Must possess exemplary skills in Business Development, Project Management and Commercial Economic Acumen.
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience both locally and globally and comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Demonstrate ability to lead without direct authority and resilient leadership in severe adversity is highly preferred.
- High competency in leveraging customer insights and data to drive competitive advantages for the business.
