- Bertanggung jawab atas semua aktivitas sales, marketing dan budget online department
- Mengembangkan dan menjalankan strategi digital dan rencana promosi tahunan untuk memaksimalkan pertumbuhan digital sesuai target melalui berbagai media channel.
- Memonitor stock level serta membuat laporan kinerja sesuai kebutuhan dan mengidentifikasi serta mengalisis naik turunnya penjualan.
- Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan social media, website, dan marketplace serta mengembangkan user experience pada semua channel, serta menggunakan data analytics guna pengembangan strategi.
- Membangun koneksi dan engagement dengan komunitas termasuk dengan cara menggunakan EDM, blog, dan konten.
- Mengelola semua produk listing termasuk daftar jadwal & persyaratan landing page, konten/text, harga dan informasi produk di semua platform.
- Memantau dan melaporkan data perilaku user dari platform digital analytics dan merumuskan taktik yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk meningkatkan customer engagement.

**KUALIFIKASI**:

- Memiliki Pengalaman sebagai E-Commerce Manager retail mínimal 3 tahun
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 Ekonomi Management atau setara
- Memiliki Pengalaman memanage team
- Kreatif, inovatif, dan memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk mencapai target sales.
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang kuat tentang Google analiticys, SEO, SEM, trend dan regulasi
- Mampu menggunakan MS Office dan memiliki pengetahuan umum untuk web development
