**(Temporary) HR Officer**:

**PURPOSE**:
To administer HR Services activities such as personnel data management of all employees and third parties through HRIS and or Personnel File, overtime data and to assist in coordinating the expat housing. This position holder will act as the first point of contact for all HR Stakeholders for their formalities enquiry, and to deliver efficient and timely HR services as well as align with the company and government regulation and policy.

**AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare, implement, monitor, analyse, update and review the personnel activities such as annual leave record (sickness, absence, etc.), employee movement, employees' database into HR Systems and employee personnel.
- Act as a vocal point for the HR Database system to include the Employee Self Services (to include training for new staff, troubleshooting, liaise with vendors and IT, etc).
- Preparing documents related to employment administration (e.g. announcements, correspondence, etc).
- To assist in providing lease agreement, addendum agreement and payment for expat housing.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements with the IT department to oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
- Manages permissions, access, personalisation, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Provide and coordinate with the HR Services Manager for any request related to the staff database.
- To administer and execute health and medical activities, issues and claims (e.g. new staff enrollment, deletion, update data for BPJS Kesehatan).
- Administer and collect data of payroll notes.
- Inputting and analyse overtime data in order to ensure validity of the data.
- To actively promote the well-being of all students and be familiar with, and uphold all, Safeguarding policies and Child Protection procedures within the school.
- Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by the HR Coordinator, HR Services Manager or Head of Human Resources.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Psychology or Administration
- 3 years experience in handling Human Resource Administration
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills, confidence and outgoing person
- Honest, trustworthy, and flexible
- Having a good knowledge of HRIS will be an advantage
- Health and medical services both insurance, hospital and BPJS
