We are now seeking a position as a **Maintenance & Improvement Lead**, who will handle the following key responsibilities:

- Assist the equipment manager in the management and maintenance of plant equipment:

- Responsible for the assignment, training, guidance, supervision and assesment of maintenance personnel:

- Participate in the preparation, updating and maintenance of the system document of the department:

- Participate in the development and implementation arrangement of annual preventive maintenance plans
- Develop the equipment inspection standards and check the implementation situation: R
- Responsible for the modification and improvement of the equipment;
- Responsible for daily and periodic inspections of the equipment and facilities:

- Responsible the promotion and management of TPM:

- Responsible for the analysis of equipment abnormalities, and the development and implementation
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of SCADA system:.

We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:

- Bachelor Degree holder from reputable universities with major in engineering; electrical, mechanical will be preferred.
- Broad experience of latest 5 years in executing projects in large production lines with automation and robotic process from multinational environment is require:

- Mastering process for automation equipment (mechanical, electrical, visual), analyze the abnormalities of automation equipment, processing, production, assembly and commissioning processes of equipment components
- Skillful at AutoCAD and office software, TPM, Sparepart Management, PLC software, Vision software. SCADA system Working are require.
- Detail, analytic, systematic and native speaker in English & Mandarin
- Wlling to be based at Malang - East Java
