The User Operations team at TikTok Indonesia is the think-tank department that ensure the quality of content in our platform. The team is nurturing our ever-growing short video and livestream community by innovating partnerships, innovating trends, while leaning in local.

We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Creator Partnership Manager for Entertainment vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, developing and implementing strategic relationships with organisations in accordance with company's overarching objective, goals and strategies.
- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting measurable partnership solutions
- Initiate and negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners
- Responsible for the operational performance of partners and completing related data analysis.
- Oversee and lead partnership implementation and evaluation in collaboration with other cross-functional teams.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships

**Qualifications**:

- Min. 3-5 years prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships in the entertainment industry.
- Experienced in working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
- Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with partners
- Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, be creative and good at brainstorming.
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven, efficient, and can work under pressure.
- Familiarity with digital campaign metrics will be a plus
