Job Role
Primary Position Responsibilities
1. Lead the business development in the designated sector/market by
a) Mapping the opportunities and size.
c) Develop and implement applicable business models for the various markets
d) Manage key relationships with large corporate accounts and customers to lead the development from the front
2. Ensure profitable sales targets for new businesses are achieved
3. Prepare monthly business development report on equitable distribution and reasonable sales growth across sector
4. Coordinates and conduct assessment and trials along with Application specialists.
(a) roll-outs (b) plant audit and commercial trials
5. Develop relationships with key external customers through regular communications, field visits, business reviews and other engagement activities.
7. Work closely with Engineering team to make proposals for packaging equipment, spare parts, and other service related requirements.

Proactively develops customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the customers; anticipates and provides solutions to customer needs; gives high priority to customer satisfaction.

Commits to an action after careful understanding of the situation. Decisions should be based on logical assumptions, information and with the consideration of resources, constraints, and organizational values.
**Organizational Skills**:
Establishes course of action for self to accomplish specific goals; plans proper assignments.
Close coordination with local and regional teams.
**Communication Skills**:
Above average verbal and written communications skills and negotiation skills.
Can assert good rapport on corporate presentations. Communication within the organization is primarily in English.
**Technical Skills**:
Able to design solutions for specific customer to bridge the gap between current and best practice.
Able to identify opportunities, sell benefits and price the merits of total packaging solution.
**Leadership Skills**:
Able to influence customers regarding product offerings and services.
Able to effectively translate vision of customer issues to successful implementation.
