Territory Manager, Indonesia
Location: Indonesia
Who are you?
We are looking for a high energy software sales personnel to deliver revenue objectives by managing and developing business with within assigned territory. You will be accountable for delivering the sales targets for the territory segment.
Who is the team?
You will join a high-performing cross-functional sales team focused on growth with purpose. We aspire to double our business in three years in a sustainable way through go-to-market excellence, thought leadership, customer centric innovation and a focus on talent. Your immediate peers will be other segments (top 10, growth, renewals) and functions like channels, marketing, pre-sales and customer success. You will also work closely with enabling and supporting functions. We work as one team to win in the market while trying new things and having fun along the way.
What will you do?
Operational Excellence
- Sales Excellence in acquiring new business in assigned territory while managing and increasing current business with existing territory accounts.
- To meet and exceed Orders & Revenue targets.
- Generate and maintain adequate business pipeline and provide accurate forecast to the management.
- Increase AVEVA’s footprint growth by strategically identifying white space as well as competition install base. Plan for Demand Generation in collaboration with Marketing, Product Specialist and Lead Generation team.
- Work with support function teams (Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Team, Legal, etc.) to identify and progress opportunities to drive growth in the Territory.
- Update weekly/fortnightly forecast plans and campaigns regarding all aspects of Territory (Market) Sales, and to support the monthly/quarterly Management reporting.
- Form relationships at C level and key decision-makers (Economic Buyer/Champion) to become a trusted advisor. Leverage Management to create and sustain these relationships.
- Promote actively AVEVA FLEX and SaaS clearly demonstrating the value for AVEVA customers.
What are we looking for?
Experience
- You will possess experience (at least 5-10 years) in a sales, account management and/or business development role selling software solutions serving Plant Owner Operators, EPC’s and /or Design consultants) or B2B.
- Experience in license subscription and SaaS sales
- Analytical approach to the market
- Strong ability to create and drive effective Territory (Market) planning and deliver repeatable success.
- Ability to work with all levels of an organization.
- Degree Level in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or relevant background in Process Industries, Manufacturing or Engineering Industry.

- Assertive sales professional with the ability to create compelling winning sales strategies and tactics at C-Level and functional management level.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment and capture quick wins to drive early momentum.
- Strong C-level customer acumen and gravitas
- Proven ability to work cross-culturally - Excellent written and oral communication.
- Ensure passionate learning of the AVEVA portfolio and to demonstrate the selling best practices (MEDDPICC), understanding the nature of the customer’s problems/motivations and an ability to reframe these problems to AVEVA solutions.
