Overview:
What you will do:

- Manage and administer HR platform and other related systems, fully owning and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure system integrations
- Conduct regular audits of the HR Recruitment process to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including data entry, documentation, and orientation
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion programs
- Managing company's social media
- Working with a team to coordinate events and trainings
- Make sure that events are running smoothly (prepare venue, schedule, speaker, participants flow and other support)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, and data analysis functions
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Event management skills: including managing timeline, budget, deliverables
- Experience in handling social media management
- Able to use and operate creative editing tools
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Depok
- Fluent in English is a must
