**Job Deskripsi**

**Job Description**:

- Create SOPs and review SOPs to make them better, more effective and efficient
- Review the policies & procedures required by the Company to maintain the stability of the Company's operations in all business units
- Conduct policy and/or SOP outreach to employees
- Identify and analyze potential vulnerabilities and compliance risks and implement risk management policies (Risk Management)
- Understand ISO standards and licenses
- Ensure compliance with the standardization of implementation and implementation of SOPs, IK, Job Descriptions is carried out effectively in all business units
- Filling in documents properly and regularly
- Foster good and harmonious relationships with all stakeholders
- Liaise with third parties (regulators, auditors, etc.) related to compliance fulfillment
- Participate in carrying out Internal Audits and Investigations
- Maintain data confidentiality and integrity.

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance and/or Risk Management, preferably experience as Compliance in a Telecommunication Company
- Have good communication
- Experience in handling ISO, audits and other general regulations
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Power Point, or Compliance Tools and understand making flowcharts
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
