What you will do: *
**New Business Development**
- Lead, implement and drive Employee Loan Acquisition initiatives, setting tactical and strategic goals to achieve the given target.
- Responsible for but not limited to managing and growing relationships with partners to acquire new customers.
- Look out for acquisition sources and opportunities through strategic partnerships with external partners as well as across business units within the Modalku group such as corporate banking, SME banking as well as other businesses.
- Establish and generate new business through networking events via connecting with Key Appointment holders, HR and decision makers of companies.
- Promote employee loan proposition.
- Employee Communication Sessions to the employees of the newly acquired corporate customers.
- Support Partnership Managet in follow up, finalize and close the MOU with new corporate clients.

Account Management*
- Champion and oversee partnership plan for key clients to increase Modalku’s competitive advantage.
- Build strong relationships with clients, manage timeline and clients’ expectations.
- Support Partnership Manager in contract renewal activities.
- Meet client retention and financial targets.
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (advanced degree is an advantage)
- Demonstrable record in managing and maintaining key account.
- Prior B2B2C sales experience would be highly advantageous.
- Creative, proactive, takes initiative and able to instil confidence in peers and sales personnel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales metrics
