As a General Manager, you will oversee the overall operations, strategy, and growth of our live streaming services, with a focus on KOL partnerships. You will be responsible for setting the direction of strategy, leading the team, and ensuring successful execution of campaigns for clients. You will also manage relationships with KOLs, guide the creative team, and ensure operational efficiency as the agency scales.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the agency’s overall live streaming strategy, focusing on Shopee, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Lead and manage the creative team, including live stream hosts, content creators, and KOLs.
- Drive KOL recruitment and relationship management to ensure successful brand collaborations.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of live streaming campaigns, ensuring high levels of engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored live streaming strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Manage the agency’s resources, ensuring the team is well-equipped to execute campaigns efficiently.
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to clients for improvement and optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and remain competitive.
- Maintain a strong client relationship, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments (creative, editorial, production, etc.) to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in management roles within a creative agency, marketing, or live streaming industry.
- Proven experience managing live streaming campaigns or KOL partnerships, with a strong understanding of platform-specific dynamics (e.g., Shopee, TikTok).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a growing team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
