**Marketing Specialist**

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our dentistry products and digital solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in shaping our marketing campaigns and expanding our market presence.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with dentistry products and the dental market is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with B2B marketing in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and practices.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Certification in digital marketing or related areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while being a proactive self-starter.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create concise and articulate documents
- Proficient in English both verbal and written

**Key Responsibility**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our dentistry products and digital solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop sales enablement tools and materials.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our products and brand.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets.
