**Role Overview**:
We’re on the hunt for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist who can take our brand to the next level. If you’re a marketing maverick with a knack for storytelling and a passion for education, we want to hear from you As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the voice of The Hyouman, crafting and executing campaigns that resonate with our community and beyond.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Create Magic**: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that showcase our unique curriculum and attract new students.
- **Content Guru**: Write and design eye-catching content that captures our brand’s essence, from social media posts to blog articles and beyond.
- **Commission & Conduct Research**: Commission or conduct market research to gather insights that inform our marketing strategies.
- **Analyze & Evaluate**: Oversee market data analysis and evaluation to ensure our strategies are data-driven and effective.
- **Brand Spokesperson**: Act as the brand’s spokesperson, managing media relations and ensuring our message is communicated clearly and effectively.
- **Strategic Brand Direction**: Provide strategic input and direction for the brand, develop style guides, templates, and other materials, and advise internal and external stakeholders on brand-related issues, keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind.
- **PR Strategist**: Formulate and implement public relations strategies, manage communications with external agencies, and develop media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities.
- **Collaborate & Innovate**: Work closely with cross-functional teams—from learning and tech to product marketing—to produce effective promotional materials.
- **Event Extraordinaire**: Plan and promote events, webinars, and workshops that engage our current students and attract new ones.
- **Build Buzz**: Forge relationships with media, influencers, and community partners to amplify our reach.

**Who You Are**:

- **Experienced**: Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar fields.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, or Business.
- **Content & Campaign Expert**: Strong experience in content and campaign marketing, with proven success in executing effective strategies.
- **Strategic & Creative**: Proficient in campaign planning, strategy development, creative content creation, and digital marketing.
- **Digital Savvy**: Accustomed to working with and optimizing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, newsletters, and blogs.
- **Driven & Passionate**: Initiative, passionate, and a ‘go-getter’ who thrives on challenges and making an impact.
- **Target-Oriented**: Focused on achieving goals and meeting targets in a dynamic environment.
- **Adaptable**: Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced, startup environment.
