We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to promotion.

As our Marketing specialist, you should be competent in grasping consumer behaviour trends and generating creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialised marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help us grow.

**Key Requirements**
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.), budgets and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Proactively track, measure, and identify growth opportunities and manage an experimentation roadmap with robust A/B testing techniques.
- Oversee content development and calendar for all social platforms and websites. This include but not limited to: Corporate websites, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Telegram, YouTube and Tik Tok.
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
- Manage the development and upkeep of the company’s brand assets
- Ensure execution and implementation of marketing plans are consistent and aligned with budget plan.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand/marketing
- Have working experience or knowledge in F&B or Hospitality is preferred
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Direct experience with SEM (SEO & PCC) campaign design and account management including account structure, keyword research, ad copy writing, bid strategies, landing page development, conversion rate optimization, and other core functions.
- Intermediate design proficiency on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva would be a plus
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite or Google Suite (Google docs/google forms/etc)
- Good organizing and basic solving problem skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,400,000 per month
