**Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on employee welfare and administrative efficiency? Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is currently seeking a skilled HR personnel to join our team and contribute to the well-being and growth of our esteemed educational institution.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including personnel records maintenance, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the school community.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in compliance with privacy and labor laws.
- Handle employee inquiries and address personnel-related issues with empathy and discretion.
- Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
- Collaborate with HR team members and school management to implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic assessments of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and professional development programs for staff members.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Personnel with a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced company.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Familiarity with the education sector is advantageous.
