Job Description Summary
- Interacts with government Hospitals & Lab, non-government agencies and key customers to deliver training in particular for HIV/AIDS, LnL, Stem Cell research and other clinical flow cytometry Initiatives in the country.

Main Responsibilities
- Enhance customer experiences by delivering knowledge through training, workshop or any education program/ event.
- Collaborate with Application and Sales team, develop training plans to meet in-country training needs (both internal and external accordingly).
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, appropriateness and consistency of training products, evaluates training products of other course developers when appropriate.
- Collaborates with other BD businesses to assist in the creation of training materials on products and procedures for cross business initiatives.
- Serves as integral member of the SEA BDB Clinical program team by participating in meetings.
- KOL Relationship Management - Develop KOL relationships in the country to ensure implementation of LnL program in Indonesia.

Preferred Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor Degree in Biology, Biomedical, Biochemistry, Biology related field. Pharmacist background is welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skill both in Bahasa and English, verbal and written.
- Team player.
