- Create broadcast/schedule broadcast messages to customers platform about the ongoing promotion.
- Conduct analysis and present data related to sales performance in marketplace.
- Create an improvement plan and monitoring the result.
- Checking product stock periodically and update product details on ecommerce.
- Analyze product reviews in the marketplace and next strategies or improvement to gain repeat order.
- Calculate the costs incurred during sales activities (promo, advertising, warehouse, marketing, and other costs)

**Requirements**:

- Min 1-3 years as Ecommerce/Marketplace specialist
- Have a work experience in Mom and Baby industry is preferable
- Strong knowledge in marketplace
- Intermediate skills in digital market analysis/trends
- Basic ability to use design tools (Canva, etc)
- Familiarity with digital marketing especially in Ecommerce and Marketplace
- Professional proficiency in English
- Fully WFO Arrangement (Mon - Fri) at Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Ecommerce Specialist: 2 years (preferred)
