Sales Manager, Specialty Food Ingredients

Our client is a well-known European food company with a business in specialty food ingredients. They are currently expanding their business in Indonesia and are looking for a Sales Manager. This role will be based in Jakarta and will be reporting to the Managing Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze and identify market trends, potential products, and services for new business opportunities
- Define and implement sales strategy in Indonesia
- Develop new global and local key accounts clients
- Improve communications between commercial and R&D team to ensure that the company is keeping updated with the current trends
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers within the food industry, authorities, and clients
- Support marketing and promotion campaigns in the country

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales related role, preferably within the flavor industry.
- Sharp business acumen and highly capable of developing a new business.
- Ready to take initiative, independent, and self-motivated
- Energetic and strong relationship builder
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales management: 5 years (required)
- Flavor industry: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Bahasa Indonesia (required)
